Lavanya ji is a traditional teacher of Vedanta following the lineage of Adi Shankaracharya, Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati, H.H.Swami Paramarthananda and her Guru H.H.Swami Brahmayogananda.
Here is an effort committed to take forward the traditional teaching of self knowledge - Advaita Vedanta as it has been preserved and served for generations time immemorial.
Being a traditional teacher of vedanta did not in any way restrict her from being a successful home maker, mother of two and a business manager - a living demonstration of the fact that the study of vedanta is an integral of everone's everyday life.

Iam Student Disciple of H.H.Swami Brahmayogananda who has been instrumental for my Vedantic journey.
My Guru discovered the Teacher in me and as per his instructions and blessings I started conducting Vedanta Classes.
All teachings and the benefits there on, to all of us has been because of his great Compassion.
Iam totally indebted to my Guru for life and I offer my Saashtanga Namaskarams to him.

"உத்தரகாசி ஶ்ரீ தபோவன் மஹராஜ், ஶ்ரீ சிவானந்த மஹராஜ்,பூஜ்யஶ்ரீ ஸ்வாமி தயானந்த மஹராஜ், பூஜ்யஶ்ரீ ஸ்வாமி பரமார்த்தானந்தா, பூஜ்யஶ்ரீ குருபரானந்தா போன்ற மஹாத்மாக்களின் பரம்பரையில் வந்த நான் நிறுவிய யோகசாந்தி குருகுலம் மூலம் பல மாணவர்கள் மிக ஆர்வத்துடன் வேதாந்த விசாரம் செய்துள்ளனர். அதில் ஒருசிலர் படனம் பாடனம் செய்து வருகின்றனர்.
அதில் எனது முக்கிய மாணவி, ஶ்ரீமதி லாவண்யா ராம்கோபால் வேதாந்த விஷயங்களை விசாரம் செய்து , நன்கு கற்று தேர்ந்து, உணர்ந்துகொண்டது மட்டுமல்லாமல், குருவின் ஆக்ஞைப்படி ஸமாஜத்திற்கு கற்பிக்கவும் செய்கிறார்.

இறைவா ! தண்ணீர் எப்படி கீழ்நோக்கி பாய்கிறதோ, மாதங்கள் எப்படி வருடமாக பரிணமிக்கின்றனவோ, அப்படியே முமுக்ஷுக்களாகிய நல்ல மாணவர்கள் எல்லா இடங்களிலிருந்தும் எனது மாணவியிடம் வந்து சேர்ந்து வேதாந்தப் பாதையில் பயணித்து ஆனந்தத்தை அடைய ப்ரார்த்தித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.
புதிதாக தொடங்க இருக்கும் “ஆர்ஷ போதினி” என்கிற இணைய தளம், சிறப்பாக அமைய வாழ்த்துகிறேன்.

"It is a great privilege and blessing to be born a Hindu. This fact can be appreciated only when we come to know the glorious culture behind Hinduism, which is known as Vaidikadharma or Sanatanadharma. And, we can know this great culture only by exposing ourselves to the vast and deep teachings of our scriptures. Hence, it is the duty of every Hindu to study at least a small portion of the vast scriptures literature.
Smt. Lavanya Ramgopal is a dedicated student of our scriptures. And, this study has inspired her to share these teachings with others through various classes. I am glad to know that a website is being created to make these classes accessible to more people. May this website help many people to become proud Hindus.
