Jnana Ganga Pravaha - Advaitha Makarandam
In October 2023, Arsha bodhini vidhyārthis had their forst camp at Swami Dayananda ashram at Rishikesh. Guru Lavanya ji taught the text of Advaita Makarandam there to 70 vidhyārthis from 7th October to 10th October 2023.
The vedanta camp had an auspicious inauguration with many resident Swamijis and Swaminis gracing the occasion. HH Swami Sakshatkrtananda Swamiji started off the camp with His Anugraha Bhashanam.
This camp was also blessed by the presence of HH Swami Brahmayogananda ji from Chennai, who is Acharya Lavanya Ji's Guru. Vidhyārthis also benefited from sathsang session and yoga classes every morning taught by Swamiji Himself.
Apart from this, Acharya ranga ji from Brahma Vidya Mandir also had sathsang sessions with the vidhyārthis. After the conclusion of the camp, vidhyārthis went on Kedar yātra, organised by Sathya ji of Sastra Vaahini, Chennai.
The camp had a grand end too, where on the final day, 15th October, Gita parayanam was organised on the banks of Ganga Māta. A grand Ganga ārati and pooja was also performed after Gita parayanam.
This was followed by Sādhu Bandār, sponsored by Acharya Lavanya Ji and Arshabodhini vidhyārthis. During the sādhu bandar, a book, Prakaranam, part 2, written by Acharya Suryapriya ji, was released. Vidhyārthis expressed their sincere gratitude to Swami Sakshatkrtananda ji for catering to their every need and facilitating a wonderful environment for their vedantic study.
