Tatva viveka Pravaha
Panchadasi is a comprehensive text written by Swami Vidyaranya on Advaita vedanta. Guru Lavanya Ji taught the 1st chapter of this text, Tatva Viveka Prakaranam in this camp. The camp was held at Srivathsam Senior living community at Kumbakonam from April 5th to 9th 2023. The camp was very well attended by over 60 vidhyarthis who travelled from Chennai. We also had participation from the senior citizens living in the community.
Camp started with Dakshinamurthy Pooja and an introduction speech from Shri. Seetharaman from Srivathsam senior living community. The Dakshinamurthy pooja was performed everyday before class. About 20 classes were held in 5 days. On the last day, vidhyarthis shared their feedback about Guru Lavanya Ji’s clear and traditional teaching. They were also appreciative of the rooms and facilities and the staff. On the last day, vidhyarthis had the opportunity to visit several local temples.
